It was an Open House designed to see, touch and understand.
If you work in the woodworking industry, you know how crucial it is to see CNC working centres in action. This need inspired Techno Tour 2026, Essetre’s Open House. It was a hands-on experience tailored for both long-standing partners and professionals discovering our technology for the first time.
In the new company showroom, through live demos, technical meetings and networking opportunities, many industry operators discovered first-hand the real-world performance of the Techno series working centres.
The Star of the show: Techno Flex!
The highlight of the event was Techno Flex, the new working centre designed for XLAM panels and curved beams. Thanks to a special patented solution, the machine processes all sides of the workpiece without the need to turn it, reducing cycle times and increasing precision.
The result? Less handling, fewer errors and greater productivity.
Live demos: technology in action!
During the event, machines such as Techno Fast, Techno Saw and Techno PF 1250 remained in full operation throughout the Techno Tour.
Visitors were able to witness real-world processing, such as:
- beams up to 620 mm in height with Techno Fast,
- structural elements for timber houses with Techno Saw,
- XLAM panels up to 1250 mm in width with Techno PF 1250.
Furthermore, E-Live software demonstrations showcased how automation, digitalisation, and production interact seamlessly to streamline the workflow.
An international event.
Techno Tour 2026 welcomed visitors from across Europe and the United States, confirming the global interest in efficient, automated solutions for timber joinery.
Between coffee breaks and aperitifs, the event also provided an opportunity for direct dialogue with technicians and area managers: a concrete chance to evaluate investments and new partnerships.
Why visiting Essetre makes a difference.
Events like this demonstrate a fundamental point: seeing a machine in operation changes everything.
Testing performance in real time allows our customers and interested professionals to
- truly understand the productivity of the working centres,
- assess the quality of the processing first-hand,
- engage directly with those who design and build them… the Essetre team!
The start of 2026 has been a success for Essetre!
Techno Tour 2026 was much more than an Open House: it was an opportunity for professionals in the sector to exchange ideas, learn about the latest innovations and the working centres that have now become industry benchmarks and get to know our company and the many people who work here.
However, Techno Tour 2026 was not Essetre’s only international event: we would also like to mention the exhibitions we attended, such as
- Klimahouse in Bolzano, the international exhibition focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability in construction,
- Budma in Poznan, the International Construction and Architecture Fair,
- Eurobois in Lyon, an event focusing on innovation, know-how and sustainable commitment,
- DACH+HOLZ International in Cologne, the leading exhibition for the roofing and timber construction industries,
- Forum Bois Construction in Paris, the congress for professionals in the construction sector, urban planning using timber and bio-based materials.
- Forum dell’Edilizia in Legno in Lazise, a key event for discussing the latest trends in construction,
- Holz-Handwerk in Nuremberg, where we are currently present at the Weinig stand, showcasing the potential of our Techno Fast in action!
And during DACH+HOLZ, we are proud to highlight our collaboration and shared stand with our partner, the Weinig Group.
