5-axis NC working centre to process flat elements such as balcony facades, steps, stair risers and other various elements.
WORKING AREA
A patented clamp system locks the beams and allows all the required processings to be carried out.
An optional 5000×1200 mm rexilon table equipped with a vacuum pump allows the machine to be used as a normal 5-axis working centre.
WORKING UNIT
5-axis milling head with 12 kW spindle at 7000 rpm and programmable rotation from 1000 to 18000 rpm through 22 kW inverter.
Thanks to the head with 5 interpolating axis with free programming, the working centre could perform all the processing operations foreseen on the beams and also offers the possibility of carrying out new operations without the need to install additional aggregates.
CONSOLE
Mobile control console, complete with NC, PC and keyboard.
A remote control panel is available complete with manual controls of the axis movement, START, STOP and RESET of the program.
An automatic printer interfacing with the NC generates the labels during unloading.
E-LIVE SOFTWARE
The machine is controlled by the new Essetre Software E-Live, with three-dimensional display of the workpiece and relative processing. Its versatility allows it to interface with the most well-known Cad Cam programs specific for wooden structures.
The software is also equipped with a simulation and anti-collision system.
