TECHNO WALL is a CNC controlled patented working centre able to process wall panels with following standard dimension: width from 3000 up to 8000mm, thickness up to 400mm and, thanks to the use of the modular structure, an unlimited length.

The peculiarity of this machine is represented whether by the processing dimensional flexibility, or by the tool group which composes the machine. This latter is composed by a patented multifunctional single group, which has the advantage to be provided with a blade of diameter up to 1000mm and a 5 axis group with tool changer able to host tools of big dimension. The blade and the 5 axis group have the peculiarity to auto exclude themselves, limiting in this way the transversal dimension.



5 CONTINUOUS INTERPOLATING AXIS MILLING HEAD PROVIDED WITH:

• Electrospindle of 12 kW at 7000 rpm

• Rpm programming from 1000 to 18000

• Liquid cooling

• B-axis  rotation of 260°

• C-axis rotation of  540°

• New rim tool holding magazine with no. 8 tool positions installed on the structure of the Z axle. The fast tools interchange between the electro spindle and the magazine occurs by means of displacement of the entire magazine operated by a pneumatic device, most of the times in masked time.

 

4,5 AXIS BLADE CONSISTING OF:

• Blade with diameter 800/900/1000 mm (to be confirmed) with fixed flange

• Direct motor of 40 Kw

• Blade revolutions 1000/2000

• Liquid cooling

• B-axis  rotation of 360°

• C-axis rotation of 540°

Besides the machine is provided with industrial numerical control and advanced software for the managing of the processing.
