Working centre with moving portal frame and 5 interpolating axis head to process beams.

The machine, covered by international patents, has been produced for Companies which do not have big spaces and which have to machine beams. The machine structure allows to process beams with section max. 800x400 mm. A system of patented "pliers" clamp the beams and allows the execution of all the foreseen workings. A Lignastone table (optional) of 5000x1200 mm provided with vacuum pump allows to use the machine as a normal 5 axis working centre being able to process flat elements such as balcony fronts, steps, stairs' posts and various elements which do not fall within the beams production field.

Special care has been saved for the safety protections according to the CE norms, for the chips outfeeding system, for the dust containment and for the noise reduction. Two side tool-holding magazines up to 24 positions each and a set of options make the machine even more flexible and increase its performance.
