Techo One is a working centre with fixed and solid portal frame mechanically structurally worked, of high resistance and stability. The machine is provided with no. 1 interpolating 5-axis milling head and spindle of 12 kW at 7.000 RPM with programmable rotation from 1.000 up to 18.000 through inverter of 22 kW. Thanks to the 5 axis milling head with free programmation, the machine is able to execute all the previewed processing on the beam, besides it offers the possibility to execute new processing, without necessity to install new aggregates. The machine is provided with a pneumatic automatic beam’s loading – unloading device. Techno one has no. 1 tool magazine with no. 9 tool positions installed on one side of the portal frame, while on the opposite side there’s an other tool magazine with no. 2 tool positions, which permits to host the chain aggregate and possible other tools. A new designed safety protection according to the EC norms reduces the noise emission and the dust coming out, while the chips are conveyed out of the machine by means of a motorized belt horizontally installed underneath the working area.
