CNC working centre with 8 interpolating axes specific and extremely versatile for the processing of legs and backs of chairs made of solid wood, chair backs and frames made of plywood.The machine allows high productivity and flexibility in order to satisfy the requirements of each company, from the small craftsman to the big industry.The fundamental characteristic which distinguishes the Leonardo is the possibility to process 2 workpieces at the same time.The base structure is the same of the model Leonardo for windows&doors, therefore it is of high solidity, stability and precision.The plants and the numerical controls series NUM, in the various configurations, are standardized and equipped with special softwares for the processing of curved elements.The milling heads, equipped with inclination axis B, are liquid-cooled and double-ended: one end with HSK 63F connection while the other with collet (ESSETRE PATENT). On the rotating beams, equipped with A-axis, are installed the tool-holding magazines with 16 positions each for rapid tool-change (ESSETRE PATENT).Special equipments for workpiece pneumatic clamping can be supplied for the production of chair legs made of solid wood. The accident prevention is assured by perimeter protections with front doors opening/closing automatically, particularly useful during the processing in non-stop cycle, that is working alternately on the machine right-hand area and on the left-hand one.An automatic chips belt conveyor takes the chips towards the extraction connection and, combined with the safety enclosure, it assures the cleanliness of the place where the machine is installed.
